Sharaya started airbnbing her and her husband’s house out when they went traveling. This soon grew to a passion for hosting and creating an amazing guest experience, while discovering a major gap in the short term rental industry for great managers. Thus, where Bay Haven Management was born. Sharaya now takes care of many properties on Singer Island and in the West Palm Beach area – treating every property as if it was her own. She also has a passion for decor and loves to design, and remodel properties.
Sharaya lives in Palm Beach Shores with her husband Joel, her daughter Adrielle, and their pup, Cowboy.

Sharaya’s right hand and a South Florida native!
Born and raised in Stuart Florida, Laura brings local insight, southern charm, and a personal touch to every corner of Bay Haven. Her love for the area’s coastal lifestyle and design shines through in the care she brings to our guests and homes. When she’s not ensuring everything is running smoothly, you’ll likely find her beachside with her loyal (and very goofy) Husky-Labrador dog, Jovi.
