“Our family had a wonderful week on Singer Island. The home is clean and plenty of space indoors and out to relax and enjoy quality time with your family or friends. Its located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during the trip!”

Accommodations were also made to allow for our specific travel plans, and our stay could not have been more comfortable. Very convenient location, clean house, and family-friendly. “We had an amazing stay at Sharaya’s home. Somehow the home is even more beautiful in person. Having access to the pool in the backyard was great and something we took advantage of a lot during our stay. The home is comfortable, well decorated and extremely clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! Sharaya is a super host for sure; excellent communication and extremely professional and responsive. “Our stay was fantastic! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed - even beach chairs, beach towels & a cooler for our easy walk to the beach. There was lots of space inside to relax after a day in the sun and each bedroom had very comfortable king sized beds. 2 Bathrooms were nice to have as well. I would stay here again any time! We had a great time on Singer Island and a perfect stay. Easy check in and check out made possible by a friendly & responsive host. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!”

“The neighbors was really friendly. It was quiet. We loved how close we were to the the beach . I love how we were provided beach chairs , lots of beach towels , extra pillows. We didn’t have to worry about packing ours and taking them . We will definitely stay there again. Perfect host , she made our first time perfect . I would advise anyone to stay there . Convenient parking .”

I cannot say enough good things of her and her house! She went above and beyond to have so many luxuries that we weren’t even expecting! She had extra toiletries, makeup removing cloths that were a step above an average home, cleaning supplies so we didn’t end up using our own, and paper products and a mini fridge that was stocked. Although we didn’t use all of that, it was SO sweet of her to have it all!! She always messaged me and took care of things immediately! When we had an issue with something one evening, a worker was out to immediately repair it. We were happy and comfortable during the whole stay! The area was quiet, nice, and walking distance to the ocean as described. Our four children and goldendoodle had the best time! We will stay again.”

“We had a wonderful time at this location. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for 3 people and a 3 year old to roam and not hassle one another. The house was spotless and welcoming. There are tons of appliances and household objects to use so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Washer and dryer were handy as well as the commercial ice maker. That was a life saver for the days on the beach. We can fill our cooler and go. Speaking of beach, we were only a short walk away. Also very close to the local hotspots and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Answered all of my questions very quickly and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Very accommodating. Will certainly come back to this home in the future. I hear there is a pool coming?!”

“The house is amazing! The pictures show exactly how the house is. It is tastefully decorated and clean. The living and the dinning room are super comfortable with plenty space. The peloton bicycle is next to the dining room and has a great view to the backyard and the pool. We enjoy breakfast every morning at the sunroom next to the pool. The kitchen is beautiful and the utensils are in new conditions. The bedrooms are super comfortable with closets in all of them. You have all you need for the beach and it is 8 min driving to peanut island's ferry. Great restaurants around the area. Trader joy's and Publix is 7 min driving. l want to thank Sharaya for making us feel at home. She is an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. l highly recommend this place!”

“We were house hunting in the area and this house was perfect in every way. The pictures accurately portray the house but what’s hard to tell in photos is all the extra thought Sharaya has put into every detail for the house. It’s well styled, comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. She has thought of every detail to add comfort to your stay and goes out of her way to ensure your comfort. I thought to myself several times how the sheets were the perfect blend of not too hot/too cold. Bedding isn’t too heavy/too light and how everything just seemed to have so much thought into each item that was placed inside of the home. Where it felt like the hosts only pick items that they would pick for their own home and thought of everything from the viewpoint of their guests. It’s centrally located to things to do but still feels like a private retreat where you can relax by the pool and we found ourselves preferring to spend the time by the pool-we had dinners out there or would take breaks from house hunting and just spend the afternoon lounging in the pool chairs. The perfect blend of anything you could be looking for in a vacation home and the hosts make the property that much better by how much care and consideration they’ve put into making sure their guests enjoy their stay.”
